Before sending payment
Check the invoice reference, currency and bank details. If payment details change unexpectedly, contact XRDepot using a previously verified contact method before sending funds.
Purchase orders
Include your organisation’s purchase order or procurement reference when discussing an order so it can be recorded on the relevant documents.
