2. Scope of Services

XR Depot specialises in the buying, selling, and sourcing of extended reality (XR) hardware, including but not limited to:

  • Virtual Reality (VR) headsets
  • Augmented Reality (AR) devices
  • Mixed Reality (MR) devices
  • Accessories and related equipment

We serve both business (B2B) and consumer (B2C) customers globally.


3. Product Condition & Grading

All devices sold by XR Depot may be:

  • New
  • Refurbished
  • Used

Each product listing will clearly state its condition.

Important:

  • Minor cosmetic wear may be present on refurbished or used devices
  • Batteries and consumables are not guaranteed unless stated
  • Devices are tested to be functional unless otherwise specified

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise
  • Prices may exclude VAT unless clearly specified
  • Payment must be made in full before dispatch
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payments, and approved finance partners

XR Depot reserves the right to change pricing at any time without notice


5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received
  • XR Depot reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion
  • In the event of pricing errors or stock issues, customers will be notified and refunded if necessary

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer UK and international shipping
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery

7. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Devices may include a limited warranty (e.g. 30–90 days) covering functional faults
  • Warranty does not cover:
    • Accidental damage
    • Misuse or improper handling
    • Software issues or third-party modifications

Warranty claims must be submitted via email with proof of issue.


8. Returns & Refunds

Consumers (UK/EU)

  • You may have the right to return items within 14 days under distance selling regulations
  • Items must be returned in the same condition

Business Customers (B2B)

  • All sales are final unless faulty
  • Returns are accepted only for verified faults

Refunds will be processed after inspection.


9. Selling Devices to XR Depot

When selling devices to XR Depot:

  • You confirm you are the legal owner of the device
  • Devices must not be:
    • Stolen
    • Blacklisted
    • iCloud/MDM locked (unless declared)

XR Depot reserves the right to:

  • Revise offers after inspection
  • Reject devices that do not match the description

10. Data & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customer information is used for:

  • Order processing
  • Communication
  • Legal and compliance purposes

11. Limitation of Liability

XR Depot shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of business, revenue, or profits
  • Delays outside our control

Our total liability is limited to the value of the order
